Sophia’s Cafe, with two locations in Providence and Cranston, is serving Latin and American comfort food. The star is the sandwich selection! The Cuban, the Frikitaki, the chimis, are some of my favorites. The freshly baked crispy bread is what makes them all so good. The empanadas are light and crispy, filled with cheeses and tender. meats. And less than $2 a piece! They also offer wings, loaded fries and tasty fruity shakes and drinks.
