Sonia’s deli is a gem of Rhode Island. Part deli, part market, fully glorious. Freshly baked breads for breakfast sandwiches, house made spreads, grape leaves and fresh falafel. Classic American sandwiches and traditional Mediterranean wraps (we totally recommend adding their garlic spread to literally anything!) and of course huge filling salads.

The market boasts a selection of imported goods from Armenia, Syria, Lebanon, Greece, Iran and more. Everything from fish to candy delicacies!

What I order: The syrian falafel, pita chips with garlic dip, grape leaves (a must!)
