Fundati is that kind of cafe where you want to sit down with your coffee, meet up with friends, maybe read a book. The kind of place you stay a while! They take coffee suuuuper serious, and have it down to a sciene (literally!) plus, they ethically source their beans, and even roast them in house. Everything on their menu is made from scratch right in their kitchen! From their seasonal simple syrups to their breakfast sandwiches, there are no cut corners here. This is one fine quality coffee shop!
