Durks is a city staple in the BBQ scene. They settled into their new home in the heart of downtown Providence, in a cozy and welcoming space complete with open garage doors and a floor to ceiling whiskey selection. (whiskey isnt my cup of tea, but their spicy margarita pairs perfectly with their tangy bbq) Everything is made in house. From the smoked ribs to the ranch dipping sauce, its a whole start to finish operation. What I extra love about Durks is that they have tons of options outside of their extensive meat selection. Fried fish, lots of veggies, and a really really good salad! Who can say they can get a bomb salad at a BBQ spot? There is so much to love. From the wings, to the brisket, down to the corn bread, everything will have you shamelessly lickin your fingers.

What we order: the ribs (extra bbq sauce, brisket, house salad,corn bread, and you’ve got to save room for the banana pudding!!)
