Borealis is one of our favorite cafes, and any time we step foot into Riverside, we are sure to make a pit stop. This coffee roaster has become a household name, and even distribute their beans to other cafes and restaurants, as well as local store (so you can take home a great cup of joe!). Grab a baked good or a snack, and take a seat and unwind. The cafe is also located right on the bike path, if you decide to pedal to your coffee.
