Anna’s Vesuviano is a new wood fired mobile pizza restaurant. This blazing, bright red trailer will be popping up all over little Rhody serving both classic and modern pies alike. Chef Anthony is a genius when it comes to dough, and his hospitality extraordinaire sister, Amelia, will be the friendly face to greet you. Chef Anthony studied pizza making in Naples, Italy. He combines his technique with local flavor to bring unique pies like purple cauliflower with smoked mozzarella. It comes out of the wood fired over bubbling, piping hot and ready to be devoured.
