LaSalle Bakery is a staple in Providence! They’ve been in operation for nearly 100 years, serving Rhode Island classic Italian pastries and baked goods. Fresh baked breads, calzones, bakery pizza, and deli sandwiches. But the giant glass cases holding seemingly endless desserts is the star of the show. Flakey puff pastries, Italian cookies, and gleaming cakes make for a tough decision. We also love their iced coffee, and breakfast goods like muffins and breakfast sandwiches! They also have a grab and go section where you can snag fresh dough, quarts of soup, and little sandwiches!
What we order: banana hazelnut iced coffee, almond croissant, spinach and feta croissant egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, classic brownie, white chocolate cherry biscotti, the lobster tail, and the carrot cake cupcake!
